| 1 | Mix together 2 cups flour and 1 cup brown sugar in large bowl. |
| 2 | Cut in butter until crumbs form. |
| 3 | Press into well-greased 15 ?x 10 ?x 1" jelly roll pan. |
| 4 | Bake in 350 oven 10 minutes. |
| 5 | Remove from oven and cool slightly, about 10 minutes. |
| 6 | Turn oven temperature to 375. |
| 7 | beat eggs until light. |
| 8 | Gradually beat in 2 cups brown sugar, then vanilla. |
| 9 | stir together 2 tablespoons flour, baking powder and salt. |
| 10 | Add to egg mixture along with nuts. |
| 11 | Spread over baked crust in pan. |
| 12 | bake in 375 oven about 20 minutes or until light brown. |
| 13 | Cool in pan on rack. |
| 14 | Cut in 2x1" bars. |
