| 1 | Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. |

| 13 | Put 2 logs on each baking sheet - spaced about 4 inches apart. |
| 14 | Bake until tops are lightly browned or about 18 minutes. |
| 15 | Cool slightly on baking sheets. |
| 16 | transfer logs to a cutting board. |
| 17 | Cut crosswise into ?inch thick slices. |
| 18 | Put cut side down on baking sheet. |
| 19 | Bake about another 10 minutes. |
| 20 | Cool on wire rack. |
