Ingredients:
2 cupFlour
3 tbspBaking powder
3 tbspShortening
2 tbspSugar
1 tspSalt
1/3 cupMilk
2 Eggs
Currants
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
3Add currants.
4Add shortening and mix in lightly.
5Beat eggs until light.
6Add milk to eggs and add slowly to mixture.
7Roll ?inch thick on floured board.
8Cut in 2 inch squares and fold them over, making them 3 cornered.
9Brush with milk and dust with sugar.
10Bake on greased tray 25 minutes.
