Ingredients:

| cup | Oil | | 2
| med | Bananas | | 1/2
| cup | Sugar | | 1 1/2
| cup | Flour | | 1
| cup | Sunflower seeds | | 1
| tsp | Baking soda |

Procedures:
| 1 | Bananas should be really ripe. | | 2 | preheat oven to 350. | | 3 | peel and mash bananas. | | 4 | In large bowl, beat oil, bananas, and sugar. | | 5 | Mix flour with sunflower seeds and soda. | | 6 | Add dry ingredients to banana mixture and stir until thoroughly mixed. | | 7 | Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2" apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. | | 8 | bake about 15 minutes, until edges are golden brown. | | 9 | i got this recipe from my grandmother. | | 10 | They are really wonderful cookies, moist, chewy, and nutty. | | 11 | She makes them with only ?cup sugar and they taste great! |
