| cup | Quaker Oats, uncooked | | | -- (quick or old-fashioned) | | 2
| cup | All-purpose flour | | 3/4
| tsp | Baking soda | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt (optional) | | 1/2
| tsp | Nutmeg | | 3/4
| cup | Raisins | | | ORANGE ICING | | 3/4
| cup | Powdered sugar | | 5
| tsp | Orange juice | | 1
| tsp | Grated orange peel |

Procedures:
