Banana gingerbread bars

Ingredients:
1 medExtra-ripe DOLE Banana
-peeled
1 packGingerbread cake mix (14.5oz
1/2 cupLukewarm water
1 Egg
1 smallDOLE Banana, peeled and
-chopped
1/2 cupDOLE Raisins
1/2 cupDOLE Slivered Almonds
1 1/2 cupPowdered sugar
1 Juice from DOLE Lemon
Procedures:
1Place medium banana in blender.
2Process until pureed; use ?cup for recipe.
3combine gingerbread mix, water, ?cup pureed banana and egg in large bowl.
4Beat well.
5stir in chopped banana, raisins and almonds.
6spread batter in greased 13x9" naking pan.
7Bake in 350°F.
8Oven 20-25 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
9mix powdered sugar and 3 tablespoons lemon juice in medium bowl to make thin glaze.
10Spread over warm gingerbread.
11Cool.
12Cut into bars.
13Sprinkle iwth additional powdered sugar if desired.
14makes 32 bars.
