| cup | Honey | | 2
| tbsp | Worcestershire sauce | | 1/4
| tsp | Mace | | 1/4
| tsp | Cardamom | | 1/2

| grams | Ghee | | 6
| | Lamb cutlets | | | Boiled rice | | | Prunes, pitted | | | Fresh rosemary for garnish |

Procedures:
