| cup | Butter or margarine | | 1

| tsp | Baking soda | | 1
| tsp | Cinnamon | | 1/4
| tsp | Nutmeg | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cream together sugar, butter, egg, and water. | | 2 | Combine flour, baking powder, soda, spices, and salt. | | 3 | Stir into creamed mixture. | | 4 | Blend in oats, apple, and raisins. | | 5 | Drop by teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, on greased cookie sheet. | | 6 | Bake in 375 degree oven 15 minutes. | | 7 | Cool on rack. |
