Almond paste sugar cookies

Ingredients:
1/2 cup(4-oz) almond paste lightly
-packed
1 cupButter
1/2 cupSugar
1 Egg white
2 cupFlour
1/2 tspCinnamon
3 cupPowdered sugar sifted
5 tbspTo 6 tb milk
1 tspAlmond extract
Procedures:
1Food coloring
2place almond paste in food processor with metal blade in place: process until finely chopped.
3Add butter and sugar; process until thoroughly mixed.
4Add egg white; process until smooth.
5Add flour and cinnamon; process until dough forms a ball.
6Remove from processor; wrap in plastic and chill ?hour or until firm.
7roll dough on lightly floured work surface, approximately ?inch thick.
8Cut into desired shapes.
9Transfer to a lightly greased baking sheet; bake at 325 degrees, 10-12 minutes, until lightly browned.
10Removed cookies to a rack to cool.
11Mix together powdered sugar, milk and almond extract.
12Divide glaze into separate bowls and tint each bowl as desired with food coloring.
13Spread cookies with glaze and allow to dry and harden before serving.
