Ingredients:

| | Large cabbage-about 2 lbs - | | | -cored and coarsely chopped | | 1/2
| cup | Rice | | 1
| | Medium onion, chopped | | 2
| cup | Tomato sauce | | 2
| | Large eggs | | 2
| tsp | Salt | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Thyme | | 1/2
| tsp | Pepper (or to taste) | | 1 1/2
| lbs | Ground round (85%lean) | | 1/2
| lbs | Ground pork | | 1/2
| cup | Beef broth |

Procedures:
