Ingredients:
1/2 lbsMushrooms, sliced
2 tbspButter
1 eachOnion, minced
2 eachTomatoes, chopped
1/2 cupHalf & Half
2 tbspFlour
1/4 cupSherry
1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
3 lbsShrimp, cooked and peeled
1/2 cupButtered bread crumbs
1 xSalt and pepper to taste
1/2 tspPaprika or to taste
Procedures:
1Saute mushroom in butter.
2Add onion and tomatoes and simmer for ten minutes.
3Blend half & half and flour and add along with sherry, worcestershire, salt, pepper, and paprika, to taste.
4Add shrimp, cooked and peeled, and put in large buttered casserole.
5Top with crumbs and bake at 350°F until brown, about 20 minutes
