Ingredients:
SPIRIT OF CHRISTMAS, BOOK 4
8 Garlic cloves, peeled
1 tbspOlive oil
8 ozDijon-style mustard
1/2 tspBasil leaves
1/4 tspOregano leaves
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2Place garlic in a small baking dish and drizzle with oil.
3Roast garlic 20 to 30 minutes, stirring frequently, until garlic is soft.
4Mash garlic, removing any tough pieces.
5combine mashed garlic with remaining ingredients and refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend.
6makes 2 tb per "serving"
