Ingredients:
THE ART OF HUNGARIAN COOKING
6 Egg yolks
1 tspSalt
2 tbspSugar
1 tspBrandy
1 tbspVinegar
2 1/2 cupFlour
1/2 cupSour cream
Procedures:
1Add all or enough of flour to egg yolks and sour cream to make a soft dough.
2Add sugar, salt, brandy and vinegar.
3Knead until smooth.
4Roll out very thin.
5Cut into diamond shapes.
6Make a slit in center and pull one end through slit.
7Fry in deep fat until light brown.
8Drain on absorbent paper.
9Sprinkle generously with powdered sugar
