Ingredients:
2 cupCranberry juice cocktail
3/4 cupGrape juice
1 pack(1-?ounces)
-Powdered fruit pectin
3 1/4 cupSugar
Procedures:
1Mix cranberry juice cocktail, grape juice and pectin in 3-quart saucepan until smooth.
2Heat to boiling over high heat, stirring constantly.
3Stir in sugar, all at once.
4Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
5Boil and stir 1 minute; remove from heat.
6Quickly skim off foam.
7Immediately pour into hot sterilized jars.
8Let jars stand1 hour.
9Cover with lids.
10Refrigerate no longer than 3 weeks, or freeze no longer than 6 months.
11Thaw before serving.
