Seaside macaroni and cheese

Ingredients:

1 medOnion, chopped
1 tbspOil
1 can6.5-oz. tun, drained
1 sliceBread, finely crumbled
1/2 cupMilk
2 tspLemon juice
1/4 tspSalt
1/8 tspPepper
1 pack8-oz. small macaroni shells
-cooked and drained
1 can11-oz. cond. cheddar cheese
-soup
2/3 cupMilk
2 tspPrepared mustard
1 tspWorcestershire sauce
3/4 cupCheddar cheese, 3-oz.
-shredded
Procedures:
1In small skillet, saute onion in hot oil until onion is tender.
2Inlg.
3Bowl, combine the onion and tuna, bread crumbs, ?cup milk, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
4Mix well.
5In another lg.
6Bowl, combine cooked macaroni with soup, 2/3 cup milk, mustard, and worcestershire sauce.
7Mix well.
8Spread half of macaroni mixture over bottom of lightly greased 12"x8" baking dish.
9Spread tuna mixture over macaroni layer; top evenly with remaining macaroni mixture.
10Sprinkle with cheese.
11Bake in 350°F oven for 30 mins.
12Or until casserole is bubbly and cheese topping is melted and lightly browned.
13Makes 4 to 6 servings.
