Poultry seasoning (to
Taste) OR

Sage

Melted margarine
1/2
cup
Onion, chopped (to taste)
Procedures:

Cook potatoes about 20 min or until soft enough to mash.

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and blend well.

Taste.

Divide into meal-sized portions (extra may be frozen).

Re-heat in microwave or oven a few minutes before serving.
