Ingredients:
8 ozTomato Sauce, 1 cn
2 tbspCatsup
4 tspLemon Juice
1 tspOnion, Grated
1/4 tspTobasco Hot Pepper Sauce
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 cupBlue Cheese, Crumbled
Procedures:
1Combine all of the ingredients except the blue cheese together in a blender container, cover, and blend until smooth.
2Add the blue cheese and cover.
3Chill until serving time.
4Serve over crisp salad greens.
5Makes 1 1/3 cups of dressing.
