| cup | Vegetable Or Salad Oil | | 1/3
| cup | Lemon Juice Or Vinegar | | 1/2
| tsp | Tobasco Pepper Sauce | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| tsp | Paprika, Sweet | | 1
| tsp | Mustard, Dry | | 1/2
| tsp | Sugar |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine all the ingredients in a covered bottle and shake well. | | 2 | Shake well again just before using. | | 3 | Makes 1 cup of dressing. | | 4 | Variations: roquefort dressing: add 1 to 2 tbs roquefort cheese that has been crumbled to ?cup of the above dressing. | | 5 | Chive dressing: add 1 to 2 tbs chopped chives or green onions/tops to ?cup of the above dressing. | | 6 | Herb dressing: add 2 ts chopped parsley, 1/8 ts thyme, and ?ts oregano to ?cup of the above dressing. | | 7 | Creole dressing: add ?c catsup and ?ts worcestershire sauce to ?c of the above dressing. | | 8 | Vinaigrette dressing: add 1 large hard cooked egg, chopped, 2 tb chopped green pepper and 1 tb grated onion to ?cup of the above dressing. |
