Ingredients:

| lbs | Bulk pork sausage | | 1
| cup | Chopped celery | | 1/2
| cup | Chopped onion | | 1/2
| cup | Chopped green bell pepper | | 1
| can | Cream of mushroom soup | | | -condensed, * see note | | 1 1/4
| cup | Milk | | 1/2
| cup | Rice, uncooked | | 1/2
| tsp | Poultry seasoning | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt |

Procedures:
| 1 | Brown sausage and drain off excess fat. | | 2 | Add celery, onion, and green pepper; cook until tender but not brown. | | 3 | Pour into ungreased 1 ?quart casserole dish. | | 4 | Stir in soup, milk, rice and seasonings. | | 5 | bake, covered, in 350f oven for 50 minutes, stirring occasionally; then bake uncovered 20 minutes longer. | | 6 | notes : * or cream of chicken, celery, cheddar cheese, whatever. |
