Sausage and rice brunch bake

Ingredients:
1 lbsPork sausage
3 cupHot cooked rice
2 cup(8oz) sharp cheddar cheese
Shredded & divided
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1 Can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms-
Drained
1/2 cupMilk
3 Eggs, lightly beaten
2 tspCreole mustard
1/4 tspOnion powder
Procedures:
1Cook sausage in medium skillet over medium-high heat until well done; stir to crumble.
2Drain.
3Combine rice and 1 ?cups of the cheese in medium bowl.
4Spread evenly in buttered 12x8 inch baking dish.
5Sprinkle sausage over rice mixture.
6Combine remaining ingredients, except cheese, in small bowl.
7Pour over sausage.
8Sprinkle remaining ?cup cheese over-top.
9Bake at 350f 40 to 45 minutes or until set.
