Dog biscuits

Ingredients:
3 1/2 cupFlour
2 cupWhole wheat flour
1 cupRye flour
1 cupCornmeal
2 cupCracked wheat
4 tspSalt
1/2 cupDry milk
1 Egg
1 packDry yeast (1 T)
1 pintChicken stock
Procedures:
1Ingredients not generally available may be found at health food stores.
2Dissolve yeast in ?c warm water.
3Add chicken stock and pour into dry ingredients.
4Knead for 3 minutes, working into a stiff dough.
5Roll dough into a ?in. thick sheet and cut with cookie cutters (cutters shaped like dog biscuits are available).
6Bake in 300 degree oven for 45 minutes, then turn oven off and leave biscuits in oven overnight.
7In the morning the biscuits will be bone hard.note: this dough is extremely stiff to work with, but the end product is excellent
