Fido's ranch biscuits

Ingredients:
1 packDry Yeast
2 cupWarm Chicken or Beef Broth
1/4 cupMargerine or Hamb. Grease
1 Egg, Beaten
2 cupAll Purpose Flour
1 cupWheat Germ
4 cupWhole Wheat Flour
1/2 cupWarm Water
1/2 cupPowdered Milk
1/4 cupHoney
1/4 tspSalt
1 cupCornmeal
2 cupCracked Wheat
Procedures:
1In small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
2In large bowl combine broth, powdered milk, margerine, honey, egg and salt.
3Add yeast/water and mix well.
4Stir in flour, cornmeal, wheat germ and cracked wheat.
5Mix well.
6Add whole wheat flour, ?cup at a time, mixing well after each addition.
7Knead in the final amounts of flour by hand and continue kneading for 4 or 5 minutes until dough is not sticky.
8Pat or roll dough to ?inch thickness and cut into bone shapes.
9Place on a greased cookie sheet, cover lightly and let set for 20 minutes.
10Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
11Turn off heat and leave in oven several hours or over night.
12Makes approximately 3 ?pounds.
