Ingredients:

TIDEWATER ON THE HALF SHELL
1 can28-oz tomatoes, drained
-mashed
2 can4-oz. black olives, chopped
1 bunchGreen onions, chopped
4 ozFresh mushrooms, chopped
2 tbspVinegar
1 can4-oz. diced green chilies
-drained
1 can8-oz. tomato sauce
3 tbspOlive oil
1 clGarlic, finely diced
1/2 tspSalt
Tortilla chips
Procedures:
1Redrain tomatoes, removing as much juice as possible.
2Mix with all other ingredients.
3Allow to chill for several hours to blend flavors.
4Serve with tortilla chips.
5Note - will keep for up to two weeks in frig if tightly covered
