Ingredients:

| lbs | Sharp cheddar cheese, grated | | 4
| oz | Roquefort cheese, crumbled | | 1
| | Clove garlic, pressed | | 3/4
| cup | COCA-COLA CLASSIC | | 2
| tbsp | Soft margarine | | 1
| tbsp | Onion, grated | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Worcestershire sauce | | 1
| tsp | Mustard, dry | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1/8
| tsp | Tabasco sauce |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a large mixing bowl, add cheddar cheese and roquefort. | | 2 | Add pressed garlic, ?cup of the coca-cola, and remaining ingredients. | | 3 | Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until blended. | | 4 | Gradually add the remaining coca-cola, then beat on high speed until the mixture is fairly smooth, light and fluffy. | | 5 | Pack into a covered container. | | 6 | Chill. | | 7 | Refrigerate overnight. | | 8 | Keeps very well for a week or more. | | 9 | Makes about 3 cups. | | 10 | recipe: "cooking with coca-cola", a give-away loose-leaf notebook divider set from the coca-cola company, 1991 |
