Ingredients:

| oz | Spinach | | 1/4
| lbs | Butter | | 1/2
| each | Onion | | 6 1/2
| oz | Crabmeat | | 3/4
| cup | Parmesan |

Procedures:
| 1 | Thaw spinach. | | 2 | Squeeze water from spinach and set aside. | | 3 | Preheat oven to 350. | | 4 | Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. | | 5 | Chop onion. | | 6 | Add spinach and onion and saute until onion is translucent, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes. | | 7 | Add crabmeat and parmesan, stirring well to blend. | | 8 | Transfer spinach mixture to 1-qt casserole and bake 15-20 minutes. | | 9 | Or transfer mixture to crockpot to keep warm, stirring occasionally. | | 10 | Can be served hot or cold with crackers. | | 11 | Makes ?cup per "serving" |
