Round steak casserole, crockpot

Ingredients:
2 lbsRound steak, cut
1/2 Inch thick
Garlic salt, salt, pepper
1 Onion, thinly sliced
3 To 4 potatoes, peeled and
Quartered (optional)
1 1/2 cupBeef broth
1 canGreen beans, drained
1 canTomato soup
1 canTomatoes
Procedures:
1Season round steak iightly with garlic salt, salt, and pepper.
2Cut into serving pieces and place in crock-pot with sliced onion which has been separated into rings.
3Add potatoes and green beans.
4Top with tomato soup and tomatoes.
5Cover and cook on low 8 hours.
6Remove cover during last half-hour if too much liquid
