SPAM Luncheon Meat (12 oz)

Onion

Jalapeno peppers

Mayonnaise or salad dressing
Chips and/or crackers
Procedures:

In bowl or food processor fitted with metal blade, blend together spam, onion, and jalapeno pepper until smooth.

Stir in mayonnaise.

Cover and chill 1 hour.

Serve with chips of crackers.
