Snappy bean dip

Ingredients:
3/4 cupIdaho Pinto beans
1/2 Lemon, juiced
2 tbspMayonnaise
1 tspWorcestershire sauce
1 tspCanned jalapeno peppers
-- (chopped and seeded)
3/4 tspSalt
3 tbspChopped green onions
Procedures:
1Soak and cook beans according to directions.
2Drain.
3Place beans and remaining ingredients except 1 tablespoon of the green onions in blender container.
4Blend until smooth.
5Or, mash beans to puree and mix with remaining ingredients.
6Place in small bowl and garnish with 1 tablespoon chopped green onion.
7Serve as a dip with crisp raw vegetables or corn chips.
8Makes about 1-?cups dip.
9note: one (15 oz).
10Can pinto beans, drained, may be substituted for cooked dried idaho pinto beans.
11use bean dip for spread for a tasty open-face sandwich, spread snappy bean dip over slices of buttered bread.
12Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and broil until heated and cheese melts.
