Ingredients:
1 eachFlank steak (tenderize twice
1/3 cupSoy sauce
1/3 cupSugar
1/4 tspGrated ginger
1 dashSalt, pepper, garlic
1/3 cupFlour
3 eachGreen onions, finely chopped
2 eachEggs
1 eachVegetable oil
Procedures:
1Slice meat diagonally into 3 or 4 pieces.
2Combine soy sauce, sugar, ginger, salt, pepper and garlic.
3Marinate steak pieces in this for at least 20 minutes.
4Pat both sides of each piece in flour.
5Add onions to beaten eggs and dip floured meat pieces into this mixture.
6Fry in about 1 ?inches of vegetable oil.
7Slice diagonally into ?inch strips and top with chopped green onions if desired.
8May be served hot immediately or refrigerated and served cold later.
9Serves 4
