Ingredients:

| each | Flank steak (tenderize twice | | 1/3
| cup | Soy sauce | | 1/3
| cup | Sugar | | 1/4
| tsp | Grated ginger | | 1
| dash | Salt, pepper, garlic | | 1/3
| cup | Flour | | 3
| each | Green onions, finely chopped | | 2
| each | Eggs | | 1
| each | Vegetable oil |

Procedures:
| 1 | Slice meat diagonally into 3 or 4 pieces. | | 2 | Combine soy sauce, sugar, ginger, salt, pepper and garlic. | | 3 | Marinate steak pieces in this for at least 20 minutes. | | 4 | Pat both sides of each piece in flour. | | 5 | Add onions to beaten eggs and dip floured meat pieces into this mixture. | | 6 | Fry in about 1 ?inches of vegetable oil. | | 7 | Slice diagonally into ?inch strips and top with chopped green onions if desired. | | 8 | May be served hot immediately or refrigerated and served cold later. | | 9 | Serves 4 |
