| pack | Taco seasoning mix | | 1
| bunch | Green onions, sliced | | 2
| | Tomatoes, diced | | 8
| oz | Cheddar cheese, grated -or- | | 8
| oz | Monterey jack cheese, grated |

Procedures:
| 1 | On a round plate, spread beans. | | 2 | Layer mashed avocados over beans and sprinkle with lemon juice. | | 3 | Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning mix, then spread over avocados. | | 4 | Layer half of onions, all tomatoes, and all the cheese on top. | | 5 | Sprinkle remaining half of onions on top..serve with tortilla chips. |
