Ingredients:
7 1/2 ozCanned Alaska salmon
10 ozFrozen chopped spinach
-thawed, thoroughly drained
1 cupPlain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cupLight mayonnaise
1/2 cupChopped parsley
1/2 cupChopped green onions
1/2 tspDried basil
1/2 tspDill weed
1/4 tspGrated lemon peel
Assorted raw vegetables
Crackers
Procedures:
1Drain and flake salmon.
2Combine flaked salmon with remaining ingredients, except vegetables and crackers.
3Chill several hours to blend flavors.
4Serve dip with vegetables and crackers.
