Roasted garlic bean dip

Ingredients:
1 ea Garlic bulb
5 tbspOlive oil
14 ozCannellini beans, cooked
1 pinchRosemary, finely chopped
2 tbspParsley, chopped
Salt & pepper
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 375°F.
2Carefully break open the garlic bulb & divide into cloves, do not remove skins.
3Place on a small roasting tray & drizzle with 1 tb olive oil.
4Roast for 20 to 30 minutes until softened.
5Carefully squeeze the garlic cloves out of their skins & place in a food processor.
6add beans to the processor & process gradually adding the remainder of the olive oil.
7Add enough oil to get a thick paste similar to hummus.
8Beat in the rosemary & parsley & season.
9serve with pita bread.
