Ingredients:

| oz | Cream cheese | | 2
| tbsp | Milk | | 1/2
| cup | Sour cream | | 1/4
| cup | Green pepper, finely chopped | | 1
| tbsp | Instant minced onion | | 1/2
| tsp | Garlic salt | | 2 1/2
| oz | Dried beef, chopped, 1 jar | | 1/2
| cup | Pecans, coarsely chopped | | 2
| tsp | Butter | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | | VARIATION | | 8
| oz | Cream cheese | | 1/2
| cup | Sour cream | | 2
| tbsp | Dry Onion Soup mix | | 2
| tbsp | Milk | | 2 1/2
| oz | Dried beef, 1 jar | | 1
| can | Deviled ham |

Procedures:
| 1 | Blend softened cream cheese, milk and sour cream. | | 2 | Add green pepper, onion and garlic salt. | | 3 | Fold in dried beef. | | 4 | Put into 8-inch pie pan. | | 5 | In small pan, melt butter, add salt and pecans. | | 6 | Heat. | | 7 | Sprinkle pecans over above mixture. | | 8 | Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 20 minutes. | | 9 | Serve hot with crackers. | | 10 | Serves 10-12. | | 11 | prepare variation recipe same way and top with pecan butter mixture. |
