| 1 | X salt and pepper 4 sm pk cream cheese place onions, celery, garlic and bell pepper in processor or chop fine. |
| 2 | In black skillet, melt butter. |
| 3 | Add veggies. |
| 4 | Saute on low heat with lid on until clear. |
| 5 | Add tomatoes that have been in food processor or blender. |
| 6 | Add crawfish and simmer until liquid is evaporated. |
| 7 | Add seasoning to taste. |
| 8 | While still warm, add cream cheese and mix well. |
| 9 | Refrigerate and serve cold. |
