Hummous bi tahini

Ingredients:
2 canChick-peas (about 4 cups)
4 largeGarlic cloves
2/3 cupOlive oil
1/2 cupTahini paste
1 tspGround cumin
1 1/2 tspSalt, pepper to taste
2 Lemons (juiced, pits removed)
1/4 tspVitamin C crystals
Procedures:
1Drain and rinse chick-peas.
2Mince garlic in processor first.
3Then add chick peas, olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, salt, pepper, cumin, and vitamin c. process until mixture is completely smooth.
4Serve chilled or at room temperature with pita bread or crackers.
5Garnish with paprika, olives and parsley.
6Lemon juice may be replaced with ?t. citric acid dissolved in 6 oz. hot water.
