Ingredients:

| lbs | Pork loin roast, trim fat | | 1
| lbs | Pinto beans | | 2
| | Garlic cloves, chopped | | 2
| tbsp | Chili powder | | 1
| tbsp | Cumin seed | | 1
| tbsp | Oregano | | 1
| can | Green peeled chili peppers | | 3
| tsp | Salt |

Procedures:
| 1 | Put everything into a large pot. | | 2 | Cover with water. | | 3 | Cook covered over a low heat for 6 hours. | | 4 | Keep adding water to cover the meat. | | 5 | Remove meat, and cook without the meat until thickened. | | 6 | Shred meat and put back into the pot. | | 7 | Serve with fritos, grated cheese, chopped onions, lettuce, tomatoes, chopped avocado, and taco sauce |
