Ingredients:

Cooked or canned chick-peas

cup
Tahini (sesame paste)
3/4
cup
Lemon juice (to taste)

Cloves garlic

Parsley sprigs
Procedures:

Place all ingredients but parsley in food processor or blender.

Blend to a smooth paste.

Place in a small platter or shallow bowl.

If preferred, sprinkle olive oil on top and garnish with parsley sprigs and lemon wedges
