Frozen guacamole

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsAvocados (2)
1/4 cupOnion, finely chopped
1 tbspCanned chilli peppers
- chopped
1 medTomato, peeled and chopped
1 1/2 tbspWhite vinegar
1 tspSalt
Procedures:
1Halve avocados lengthwise; remove pits and peel.
2Mash avacado in bowel with potato masher.
3Add onion, chili pepper, vinegar and salt; mix well.
4Place in plastic freezer container and cover lightly and freeze.
5To serve, let thaw; finely chop tomato; stir into avacado mixture.
6Serve with raw vegetables, cooked shrimp or chips.
7Note: excellent fresh and good after frozen.
