Buttermilk -- (1 to 3)
Procedures:

Combine all ingredients, except buttermilk in a blender and process.

Add buttermilk a tablespoon at a time until desired consistancy is reached.

Serve with fresh crudites such as jicama, kohlrabi, zucchini and broccoli
