Ingredients:
SELECT ONE SAUCE
1 canPizza sauce (8 oz)
1 canTomato sauce (8 oz)
1 cupBottled spaghetti sauce
SELECT ONE ONION
1/2 cupChopped Onion
1 tbspMinced Dried Onion
1/2 tspOnion Powder
SELECT ONE MEAT
2 cupCubed Cooked Beef
2 cupCubed Cooked Pork
2 cupCubed Fully Cooked Ham
2 cupCubed Cooked Chicken
2 cupCubed Cooked Turkey
SELECT ONE PASTA
2 cupCooked Elbow Macaroni
2 cupCooked Fine Noodles
2 cupCooked Tiny Shell Macaroni
2 cupCooked Rigatoni
2 cupCooked Cavatelli
SELECT ONE CHEESE
1/2 cupShredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cupShredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cupShredded American cheese
1/2 cupShredded Monterey Jack
- cheese
USE ALL OF THESE
1 tbspButter or margarine
2 tbspAll-purpose flour
1 canStewed tomatoes (16 oz)
- OR cut up Tomatoes
1/4 cupWater
1 dashPepper

Procedures:
1In a large saucpan, melt butter or margarine.
2Stir in flour.
3Stir in undrained tomatoes, your choice of sauce, onion or onion powder, water, and pepper.
4(if using tomato sauce or pizza sauce, add ?teaspoon dried oregano, crushed).
5Cook and stir till mixture is thickened and bubbly.
6Stir in your choice of meat and pasta.
7Turn into a 2-quart casserole.
8Bake, uncovered, in a 350f oven for 20 minutes.
9Sprinkle your choice of cheese atop.
10Bake 5 minutes more or till cheese melts.
