Ingredients:
1 lbsHamburger
1 medOnion -- chopped
1 smallGreen pepper -- chopped
1 smallCan
(mild or hot)
16 ozCan
1/2 Stick margarine
2 lbsBox
Chopped green chilies --
Chopped tomatoes
Velvetta cheese -- cubed
Procedures:
1Cook hamburger, onion and green pepper until hamburger is done.
2Drain well.
3Add green chilies, tomatoes, cheese and ?stick margarine.
4Cook until all the cheese is melted.
5Serve with tortilla chips.
6I like this best when it has cooled just slightly because it thickens.
7This recipe will make about 2 ?quarts but it freezes really well and heats up good in the microwave
