Ingredients:
2 cupCheddar Cheese -- shredded
3 tbspOnion -- chopped
3 tbspGreen Pepper -- chopped
1/4 tspSalt
1/8 tspHot Pepper Sauce
1 cupSour Half And Half
Procedures:
1Place first 5 ingredients and ?c sour half and half in a bowl and beat with electric mixer until well blended.
2Fold in remaining sour half and half.
3Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.
4Stir before serving.
5Serve with vegetables and crackers.
