Ingredients:
1 lbsCarrots in ?? slices
2 tbspWater
5 tbspExtra virgin olive oil
1/4 cupChopped walnuts, toasted
-lightly
1 tbspGrated lemon peel
1/4 tbspLemon-pepper seasoning salt
Procedures:
1Cook carrots, with water, until tender (about 5 minutes in a microwave or 10-15 minutes in a covered pan over medium heat).
2Combine olive oil, nuts, lemon peel and salt in a bowl.
3Add carrots.
4Serve warm.
