Ingredients:
1 lbsFresh okra
3 tbspGhee
1 1/2 tbspCoriander
1/2 tspCumin
1/2 tspHungarian paprika
1/2 tspGaram masala
1/2 tspTurmeric
1 tspSalt
Procedures:
1Wash & thoroughly dry okra.
2Trim the bottom & top & slice into rounds half an inch thick.
3in a large skillet, heat the ghee & add the okra in a single layer.
4Cook over a moderate heat for 20 minutes.
5Stir occasionally.
6Add the spices & continue to stir & fry till the okra is golden brown.
7Remove from the heat, sprinkle with salt & serve.
