Glazed sweet potatoes (rice)

Ingredients:
2 lbsMedium sweet potatoes or
2 can(18 ounces each) sweet
-potatoes, drained
1/4 cupButter or margarine
1/4 cupMaple-flavored syrup
1/4 cupPacked brown sugar
1/4 tspGround cinnamon
Procedures:
1If using fresh sweet potatoes, place in a kettle; cover with water and cook, covered for 25-35 minutes or just until tender.
2Drain; cool slightly.
3Peel and cut into chunks.
4Place cooked or canned sweet potatoes in a 2-qt.
5Baking dish.
6In a small saucepan, combine butter, syrup, brown sugar and cinnamon; cook and stir until mixture boils.
7Pour over potatoes.
8Bake at 350! for 30-40 minutes or until heated through.
