Each butter & Vegetable oil

Soy sauce

Whole green onions, sliced

Finely grated gingerroot
Freshly ground black pepper
Procedures:

Clean mushrooms and slice.

Set aside.

In a large frying pan, heat butter and oil over medium heat.

Add mushrooms and remaining ingredients.

Saute for 3 to 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.

Serve with grilled steak or chicken.
