Ingredients:
1/2 cupButter or margarine
1/4 cupWater
1 tbspLemon juice
18 ozRadishes
3 canCarrots, small, whole(16 oz)
20 ozPeas, frozen
1 1/2 tspSalt
3/4 tspSugar
1/2 tspPepper
Procedures:
1Drain cans of carrots.?In 6-quart saucepot over medium heat, heat butter or margarine, water, lemon juice, and radishes to boiling.
2Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring often, or until radishes are tender.?Drain the carrots.
3Add carrots and remaining ingredients; cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until carrots and peas are heated through.
