Ingredients:
12 Carrots peeled cut 1 in
Lengths
4 tbspSweet butter
1/4 cupBrowned sugar
1 1/2 tspGround ginger
1/2 tspCaraway seeds
Procedures:
1Cook carrots in boiling water 20-30 minutes until tender.
2Melt butter in a saucepan.
3Add brown sugar, ginger and caraway seeds.
4Mix and set aside.
5when carrots are done drain and return to the pot.
6Pour butter mixture over them and cook over low heat for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
7Transfer to serving dish and serve immediately.
