Procedures:

In a 2 qt microwave safe casserole, combine vegetables, soup, milk, soy sauce, and ?can of onions.

Microwave on high for 10 to 12 minutes (or bake in 375 oven for 30 to 35 minutes) until vegetables are hot, stirring occasionally.

Top with remaining onions.
