Ingredients:
1 packFrozen Cauliflower Flowerets
1 packFrozen Asparagus Tips
1 packFrozen Brussels Sprouts
2 cupFresh or frozen Green Peas
1 cupSmall Pearl Onions (canned)
1 cupFresh or frozen String Beans
2 cupTiny Carrots (canned) or
-small frenched carrots
Butter and sugar for glazing
2 Boiled Turnips, diced
FOR GARNISHING
Parsley Sprigs
Small Red Peppers
Procedures:
1Heat all the vegetables.
2The carrots should be glazed by sautéing in a bit of butter and sugar.
3The turnips should be tossed in butter.
4Arrange the hot vegetables in small mounds around the platter of beef, alternating for color.
5Garnish with parsley and small red peppers.
6With the vegetables, serve a separate bowl of hollandaise sauce.
